Alice J. (Addy) Ross

Alice Joan Ross, 90, of Ohio City, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at her residence. She was born in Decatur, IN, on May 19, 1934, the daughter of the late Glenn and Cozy (McDonald) Addy. On August 30, 1952, Alice married Robert “Bud” Ross.

She was employed at Decatur Industries and a member of Woodcrafters.

Alice is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Robert “Bud” Ross of Ohio City, OH; two granddaughters, Lindsey Ross of Willshire, OH and Leslie Ross of Ohio City, OH; several other beloved extended family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Dale Addy; adopted sister, Barb Addy; son, Robert (Lynn) Ross.

A Funeral Service will be held at noon on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at Haggard-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home, with visitation two hours prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. – noon. Pastor Dana Smith will be officiating and burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Geneva.
