Barbara E. Morrison

Barbara E. Morrison, 94, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2026. She was born in Willshire, OH, on November 7, 1931, to the late Donald Gerald and Edith Pauline (Johnson) Morrison.

She graduated from Decatur High School, worked at Economy Printing and also at Swiss Village in the cafeteria.

Barbara was a member of Mt. Hope Church of the Nazarene and devoted many years serving in the nursery and toddler classrooms. Her heart felt full when caring for children. Barbara enjoyed spending time with her many nieces and nephews over the years, delighting in their laughter, mischief, and endless shenanigans.

She loved the outdoors! Barbara found joy in flowers, appreciated quiet moment spent in nature and enjoyed animals.

Barbara was blessed with a beautiful voice, she shared her gift freely, singing specials in church that lifted spirits and brought comfort to those who heard her.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Barbara was preceded in death by her 2 sisters, Phyllis J. Fisher and Elnora Lou Bebout; a brother, Eugene Morrison.
