Bonnie K. (Custer) Ehrsam

Bonnie K. Ehrsam, 90, of Decatur, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023, at Adams Woodcrest. She was born on November 30, 1933, in Rockford, OH, the daughter of the late Wesley and Ica (Matthews) Custer. On November 8, 1957, she married William J. “Bill” Ehrsam, he preceded her in death on August 22, 2023.

She graduated from Rockford High School. Attended Monroe Lighthouse Church and was employed at the Bank of Geneva as a bank teller. Bonnie loved her family dearly.

Bonnie is survived by her sister, Bonita Myers of Convoy, OH; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Ehrsam; her sister, Josephine Muhlenkamp; 2 brothers-in-law, Lester Myers and Robert Muhlenkamp.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at Haggard-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home, with calling 2 hours prior to the service, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Pastor David Myers will be officiating and burial will follow in Ray Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to Stillwater Hospice.
