Carol L. Myers, 83, of Monroe, Indiana, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2026 at the Adams Memorial Hospital. Carol was born in Fort Wayne on August 1, 1942, daughter of the late Alvin Sparks and Myrtle (Ringwald) Spuller. She married Dwight J. Myers on November 24, 1965. He preceded her on December 18, 2003.
Carol worked as a librarian at the Adams Public Library, also a research librarian for Central Soya.
She is survived by her 3 kids, Matt Myers of Monroe, Megan (David) Durham of Bluffton, and Mindy Carroll also of Monroe; a brother Steven Spuller of Fort Wayne; a sister Joan (David) Bradfield of Fort Wayne; a great aunt Betty Brincefield; 7 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Carol was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Frank and Don Sparks, Chuck and Jim Spuller; also, a grandchild.
Per Carol’s wishes there will be no services held.
Memorials may be given to the Adams Public Library, Decatur.
