Christopher J. Lothamer

Christopher J. Lothamer, 59, of Decatur, IN, passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023, at I.U. Health University Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born in Ft. Wayne, IN, on February 6, 1964, the son of Herbert J. and Karan J. (Templeton) Lothamer.

He was a 1982 graduate of New Haven High School and retired from Omni Source after 31 years.

Chris is survived by his father, Herbert Lothamer of New Haven; his 3 children, Autumn (Trent) Norman, Cyle Lothamer both of Decatur, and Joshua (Felicia) Lothamer of Claire, MI; a brother, Lance (Margie) Lothamer, Jennifer (Adam) Randolph, and Kelly Reynolds all of New Haven; 7 grandchildren, Izaac Norman, Keigan Norman, Laetyn Norman, Caiden Lothamer, Cooper Lothamer, Blake Lothamer, and Joyce Lothamer.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Karan J. Lothamer.

A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at Haggard-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home.
