David E. Reidenbach, 63, of Decatur, passed away Monday morning, November 24, 2025, at Lutheran Hospital. He was born in Decatur, IN, on January 25, 1962, the son of the late Richard H. “Dick” Reidenbach and Joan C. (Beck) Davidson. On August 7, 1999, David married Sue G. Gephart.
He graduated from Bellmont High School in 1980. He was a bartender for many years at the Adams Moose Lodge and was also employed at FCC in Berne for 5 years.
David was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose Adams Lodge 1311, Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge Aerie 2653, Sons of the American Legion Post 207 of Willshire and the VFW Post 6236.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Sue Reidenbach of Decatur; his son, Brandon Pickens (Sasha Glass) of Decatur; 2 granddaughters, Ainsley Pickens and Valkyrie Glass; aunt, Jackie Conrad of Decatur.
David was also preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Frances (Johns) Reidenbach Bonfiglio and his mother-in-law, Betty Ann Fancil.
Visitation will be from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025, at Haggard-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home. Please dress casual.
