Diane (Bays) Mihm

Diane Mihm, 75, of Willshire, OH, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 29, 2024, in Livingston, Texas while visiting family. Diane was the daughter of Tommy and Veeda (Anderson) Bays. She was born on May 4, 1949, in Lima, Ohio. On August 21, 1967, she married Ronald R. Mihm, he preceded her in death on January 26, 2020.

Diane was a homemaker, a babysitter and worked at Manley Meats for 20 years. She helped raise her grandsons. Diane and her late husband were active members of the Willshire Sportsman’s Club.

She is survived by her son, Mark (Kelly) Mihm of Willshire, OH; 2 sisters, Carol Kirkdorffer of Cut-N-Shoot, TX and Jennifer Hupp of Bluffton, IN; 2 grandsons, Bryce and Parker of Willshire.

Diane was preceded in death by a brother in infancy.

Visitation will be on Friday, December 13, 2024, from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Haggard-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home, Decatur.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 14, 2024, also at Haggard-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home, with visitation a half hour prior to the service from 12:30 - 1:00 p.m. Pastor Bill Halter will be officiating and burial will follow in Mt. Tabor Cemetery, rural Decatur. 

Preferred memorials are to Willshire Sportsman’s Club.
