Doreen A. (Andrews) DeBonis

Doreen A. DeBonis, 86, of Ft. Wayne, IN, passed away Thursday afternoon, September 25, 2025, at Markle Health & Rehabilitation. She was born in Ellington, Connecticut, on December 6, 1938, the daughter of the late Neal and Dorothy (Adamson) Andrews.

She retired from the Health Department and Library for the State of Connecticut.

Doreen is survived by her son, Patrick D. (Lisa Hart) DeBonis of Bluffton, IN; granddaughter, Gabriella DeBonis; a brother, Robin (Sheila) Andrews of St. Petersburg, FL. 

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by a brother, James Andrews. 

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at Markle Health and Rehabilitation, 170 N. Tracy St., Markle, IN.
