Duane D. Davis

Duane D. Davis, 74, of Decatur, IN, passed away at his residence on Sunday, July 14, 2024. Duane was born in Decatur on March 27, 1950 to Dwight D. Davis and Joan C. (Dixon) Davis. His mother preceded him in death on Aug, 2011.

Duane retired from the Ossian Print Shop as a printer. He was a 1968 Decatur High School graduate.

He is survived by his father, Dwight D. Davis; 1 son, Aaron P. Davis; 2 daughters, Amy M. Davis and Mandy S. Davis (Jordan Pontsler, fiancé) all of Decatur; 1 sister, Denise Miller of Las Vegas, NV; 7 grandchildren, Austin Alberson, Audrey Blackmore, Caiden Beitler, Raelyn Pontsler, Paul Davis, Adrien Davis and Lexy Davis.

Per Duane’s request, there will be NO SERVICES.

Duane will be laid to rest with his mother in Decatur Cemetery at a later date.

Memorials in Duane’s memory can be made to P.A.W.S. of Adams County, through the funeral home.
