Jesus A. Morales

Jesus Antonio “Chucho” Morales, 62, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on Monday, November 17, 2025, at his residence. He was born in Armenia, Colombia, on December 21, 1962, the son of Tiberio and Carlina (Restrepo) Morales. On September 21, 1991, Jesus married Myriam Muriel.

He was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fort Wayne, IN.

He worked as handyman and was also employed by Fleetwood in Decatur.

Jesus is survived by his wife of 34 years, Myriam Morales of Ft. Wayne, In; a daughter, Angela Tatiana Morales of Ft. Wayne, In; a son, Jhon Morales of Chicago; siblings, Javier Morales and Maria Morales both of Ft. Wayne, In, Patricia Morales and Liliana Morales both of Colombia & Olga Morales of Spain; his American-Puerto Rican family, Elisa Jordan and his many Jordan brothers & sisters.

He was preceded in death by his siblings, Fabio, Amparo, Beatriz, Lucero, and Rodrigo Morales and his American-Puerto Rican “father” Cristobal Jordan.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 21, 2025, at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home- Lakeside Park 1140 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN. The Holy Rosary will be recited at 4:00 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 22, 2025, in St. Joseph Catholic Church, 2213 Brooklyn Ave., Fort Wayne, IN, Father Kevin Bauman will be presiding. Visitation will be held prior to the Mass from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Inurnment will be held at a later date in Armenia, Colombia.
