Linda L. Pollock, 86, of Decatur, IN, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Linda was born on August 12, 1938, the daughter of the late Asa A. and Harriet E. (Roggenkemper) Pollock.
She was a lifelong resident of Decatur and was a member of Grace First Community Church. She retired after 36 years with Lincoln National Life Insurance Company. She was an active member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Adams Post 43 and the Loyal Order of Moose Adams Lodge 1311. She loved golf, bowling, and playing cards.
Linda is survived by her brother, Roger Pollock of Decatur and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by 5 brothers, Francis, David, Alan, James and Norm Pollock and a sister, Mary Snyder.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at Haggard – Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home, with visitation prior from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Family ask that you please dress in casual attire.
Burial will take place in the Decatur Cemetery on Monday, March 10, 2025.
Preferred memorials are to Mooseheart and American Legion Post 43.
