Lynn E. Dager

Lynn E. Dager, 67, of Decatur, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Stillwater Hospice in Fort Wayne. Lynn was born in Fort Wayne on October 15, 1957, to the late Leslie and Wava (Marquardt) Dager. On November 16, 1985, Lynn married Linda S. Geeting.

Lynn had worked for Gerig’s Dump Trucking as a truck driver and mechanic. He also served as Corporal in the U.S. Army in 1976-1979.

He is survived by his wife, Linda S. Dager of Decatur; 5 children, H.B. Sweat of Ft. Wayne, Jason Sweat of LaOtto, Chris Dager of Bluffton, Jennifer Bleeke of Iowa, Willie Dager of Michigan and Zach Clevanture of Ohio; 37 Grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Lynn was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Dager and a sister, Sandy Link.

Per Lynn’s request, there will be no services.

Arrangements were entrusted to Haggard-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home.
