Martin E. "Mick" Hullinger

Martin E. “Mick”  Hullinger, 88, of Decatur, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at Adams Woodcrest.  He was born in Decatur, on March 13, 1934, the son of the late Lawrence Hullinger and Lee Anna (Morrison) Hullinger. 

Martin is survived by his children, Brian Hullinger, Cynthia Hack, Dawn (Neil) Scott, Ellen (Barry) Barnes and John Hullinger all of Decatur, Faron (Jane) Hullinger and Janetta Rydell of Berne; siblings, Verlin (Lois) McIntosh and Mary Lou Thieme both of Decatur; 15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his grandson, Jackson Hullinger; 3 sisters, Dorothy Hullinger, Vivian Flutrow, Alice Foreman; 3 brothers, Vaughn, Varrell & Vance McIntosh.

Martin retired from Micromatic, in Decatur, after many years of service.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at Haggard – Hirschy & Zelt Funeral.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at 10:00 am at the Funeral Home, with 1 hour calling prior to the service. Burial will take place following the service at Ray Cemetery, in Monroe.

Memorials may be given to Lennoxs Legacy Rescue of Adams County.
