Pamela Jo (Painter) Smith

Pamela Jo (Painter) Smith, 70, of Bonita Springs, Florida, formerly of Monroe, Indiana, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2023 at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Fort Myers, Florida.

She was employed by CTS for over 20 years and also retired from Bluffton Regional Medical Center, where she was a registered nurse. She was also the former owner and operator of the Mirage Reception Hall in Decatur. 

Pam is survived by her husband of 51 years, Roger Smith of Bonita Springs, FL; 2 sons, Ryan (Angie Fortriede) Smith of Ft. Myers, FL and Adam Smith of Winston-Salem, NC; daughter, Reagan (Luke) Meyer of Peterson Heights, IN; 2 grandchildren, Brooklyn and Logan Meyer. She was preceded in death by 2 children, Brock and Ashley Smith.

Per Pam's request NO funeral services will be held and burial will take place in the Decatur Cemetery at a later date.
