Paul A. Coy

Paul A. Coy, 72, of Decatur, passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana. He was born in Decatur, IN, on March 21, 1950, the son of George T. and Viola Jean (Kaehr) Coy.

He was a parishioner of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church.

Paul worked in the Shipping and Receiving Department, at International Paper Company. After retirement, he cleaned for the Adams Public Library, in Decatur.

He is survived by his daughter, Melissa (Erik) Schlemmer of Ossian; his son, Gerald T. Coy of Angola; a brother, Curtis (Mary) Coy of Tampa, FL; 3 grandchildren.

Per Paul’s request, there will be no visitation or services.

Inurnment at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery will take place at a later date.
