Paul E DeWitt II

Paul E. DeWitt II, 48, of Decatur, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2026, at his residence. He was born in Steubenville, Ohio, on March 14, 1978, the son of Paul E. DeWitt and Rosemary (Casale) Morgan.

He worked at Universal Metal Craft for over 25 years as a Fabricator/Welder.

Paul is survived by his parents, Paul (Cindy) DeWitt and Rosemary (Wayne) Morgan; his sons, Miles DeWitt and Marshal DeWitt both of Monroe, IN; brothers, Phillip DeWitt of Willshire, OH, Shaun (Ashleigh) Morgan of Decatur, IN; half-sister, Tiffany Eliso of Fort Wayne, IN; step-sisters, Rene Whitacer of Auburn, IN, and Deborah Gorman of Angola, IN.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth & Thelma DeWitt and Frank & Phyllis Casale; his sister, Rene DeWitt.

A Memorial Visitation will be from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Haggard-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home, with a service to follow at 3:00 p.m.
