Tamara Ann Kable, 61, of Decatur, Indiana, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2023, at her residence. She was born in Decatur, on February 15, 1961, to David L. and Judith A. (Koors) Kable. Tammy was previously married to Brian L. Braun.
She was baptized in St. Mary’s Catholic Church, where she also married Brian on April 18, 1986. Recently, Tammy had been attending New Beginnings Faith Center.
Tammy worked most of her life in retail management, enjoyed painting and adored the movie, Flashdance. She loved spending as much time as she could with her grandchildren. Tammy will be deeply missed and loved by everyone.
She is survived by her mother, Judith A. Kable of Decatur; her former husband, Brian Braun of Decatur; their 3 kids, Scott D. (Keri A. Stevens) Braun of Decatur, Stephanie M. Talbott of Knoxville, TN, Nichole L. (Andy A. Bryant) Braun of Poneto, IN; 2 brothers, Victor D. (Jennifer) Kable of Decatur and Gregory J. (Julie) Kable of Lilburn, GA; a sister, Teresa J. Kable of Decatur; grandchildren, Gavin L. Braun, Emma R. Braun, Carson E. Gore, Gunner A. Bryant; bonus grandchildren, A.J. Bryant and Parker E. Bryant.
Tammy was proceeded in death by her father, David L. Kable.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2023, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Haggard-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home.
