Timmy A. Bertsch

Tim A. Bertsch 62 of Decatur, passed away Wednesday November 15, 2023 at his residence. Tim was born on December 11, 1960 in Decatur, Indiana to the late Arthur H. and Betty M. (Longenberger) Bertsch. 

Tim was a member of the Moose Lodge and the American Legion. Over the years he worked at Monarch Foods and Graves Trucking. His entire life he worked as a farmer on the family farm.

Tim enjoyed spending time at the lakes boating and visiting with family and friends. Tim was fond of snowmobiling, skiing with friends, and he loved flying his ultralight plane.

Tim is survived by his sister Shirley Bertsch of Fort Wayne,  brother David (Melinda) Bertsch of Decatur, nephew Jason (Leann) Bertsch of Decatur, nieces Jessica (Chris) Everett, and Janelle (Matt) Everett, great nephews and nieces Jaxson, Benson and Stetson Bertsch, Rosalie, Remingten, Makenna and Mason Everett.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
